MUSC Children’s Care provides care to children from birth through 18 years of age for well-child care, acute, episodic, and chronic conditions.

 

East Cooper Community Outreach (Adult Primary Care)

Partners in HealthCare provides primary care, health promotion, and chronic disease management to uninsured patients in the Tri-County community.
