Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse TechNology Enhanced Residency (PARTNER) is a post-graduation clinical training program for newly graduated board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP-BC) in psychiatric telehealth for children, adolescents, and adults living in rural and underserved populations.
