Contingency Management for Adolescent Substance Use: Expanding Access via Task Shifting

This presentation will provide a detailed overview of contingency management for adolescent substance use. The presenter will (a) describe the core elements of this intervention model, (b) summarize research supporting the intervention's effectiveness when delivered by trained clinicians, and (c) discuss emerging research demonstrating that this intervention also yields desired outcomes when task shifted to paraprofessionals.
