RN-BSN Clinical Experience

The RN-BSN Program provides rich and varied opportunities to assist the practicing nurse/student integrate new practice-related knowledge and skills that will transition them from the Associate Degree or diploma to the baccalaureate level of proficiency.

Each semester there is one clinical course with a focus on one of the following: gerontology, community/public health, and leadership. The clinical hours will consist of a project that may include virtual or live work. The three projects will make up the overall capstone course.

Out-of-state students are responsible for contacting their state nursing board to verify any requirements that are needed in order to conduct clinicals as a distance student.
