All MUSC students are required to complete the Interprofessional Foundations course IP 711 and an additional IP course elective in the first semester at MUSC.  The IP office will be contacting you directly with information related to your IP course selections.  Please respond quickly to information related to the IP Course Rank Survey. IP Course Rank Survey is due no later than June 17, 2019.

Housing at MUSC

There is no campus housing at MUSC. You will need to search for roommates and off-campus housing. Some students have successfully found roommates by interacting with other new students in the ABSN program. It is encouraged to take time to meet your fellow new students and cultivate roommate opportunities in that way.

Parking, Maps, and Bus Schedule

Throughout orientation, you may be traveling to different locations on campus depending on your schedule. Student parking registration is available. Alicia Garcia, program coordinator, can provide you with a parking pass for the free lot on Hagood Avenue during Mini-Orientation and ABSN New Student Orientation beginning August 19, 2019. You will need to register your car with parking management for the academic semester whatever parking option you are eligible for. Other options are also presented on the Student Parking Services website, such as CARTA and reserved student parking. Parking is at a premium on the MUSC campus. If you have questions, contact Parking Management at 843-792-3665 or send an email to parkit@musc.edu.
